Policy Formulation of Community-Based Sanitation Programs in Indonesia

Cleanliness is an inseparable part that the obligation of every individual for survival; in conditions COVID-19 pandemic, stakeholders have prepared policies health sector so people get their right to live healthily. This study intends evaluate role government managing sanitation programs during where previously needed formulate solid policies. research method uses a literature data analysis relevant secondary it can be analyzed depth using concept policy implementation process. The results show program government's setting agendas must refer existing problems form community group routines. Furthermore, formulation take community-based approach provides insight into importance involvement and legitimacy. Finally, evaluation make breakthroughs initiations each regional stakeholder by prioritizing innovations happen Indonesian people.
